CESOP PARTNERS WITH RED CROSS IN BLOODLETTING PROJECT

The BED Library Department, led by Chief Librarian Dr. Maria Mercedez M. Haz, SHS Librarian Ms. Rizza DC. Gonzales, Elementary and JHS Librarian Ms. Jane B. Sindol, IT/Archives staff Mrs. May Cruz, and BLIS 4 student assistant Ms. Colene B. Fernando, spearheaded the organization, sorting and classification of books, journals, periodicals and archival collection of the OSA Convent Library in San Juan, Metro Manila on August 21 and December 22-23, 2018. The librarians and staff shared their expertise, efforts and support in the field of librarianship and the implementation of the standard practice in the processing of library collections of print and non-print materials, facilities, resources and services which will be fully maximized and operational to the OSA sisters and visitors. It was, indeed, very fruitful and fulfilling for the BED Library personnel, staff and students to respond to the realization of the Augustinian-Marian Vision, Mission, Goals and Objectives (VMGO) in the area of community extensions, programs, and activities.
