Dr. Edna F. Dayao is a Dean of College of Information Technology and Engineering, and a faculty member at the Graduate Studies for the Doctor in Information Technology (DIT) program at La Consolacion University Philippines. She holds a Doctorate in Information Technology and has over 15 years of teaching experience. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in guiding students toward industry certifications and actively coordinating student internships and organizations.

Engr. Aileen Habaras is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, She is a dedicated Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Computer Engineering Instructor with extensive experience in software development, digital systems, and hardware integration. With a strong background in C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and Microsoft SQL, she is also specializes in API development, report generation, and database management.
As a college instructor, Engr. Habaradas is passionate about delivering engaging lectures and hands-on laboratory exercises in key computer engineering topics, including digital logic design, microprocessors, computer architecture, and programming. They are skilled in guiding students through circuit design, hardware programming, and software development, utilizing modern teaching methodologies and industry-standard tools to enhance learning outcomes.
Beyond software, Engr. Habaradas has extensive experience in hardware integration, working with Arduino, ESP, Zigbee, Raspberry Pi, and Orange Pi for IoT applications, automation systems, and robotics projects. Engr. Rowell Demdam is a licensed Electronics Engineer, Professional Teacher, and Financial Advisor, with a strong commitment to education, research, and professional development. With multiple credentials from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Engr. Demdam has built a career that bridges engineering, education, and financial literacy.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Electronics Engineering at De La Salle University (thesis writing phase) and has completed Continuing Professional Teacher Education at La Consolacion University Philippines. He hold a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Actively engaged in professional organizations, Engr. Demdam serves as an Auditor for the Institute of Electronics Engineers of the Philippines (2017-present) and is an Associate Member of the Philippine Association for Teacher Education (2023-present). They also play a key role as the Organization Adviser for Research and Innovate in Science and Engineering (2018-present), guiding students in advancing scientific and engineering research.
As a scholar and educator, Engr. Rowell Demdam is deeply involved in capacitating scholar-graduates with teaching pedagogy through initiatives led by the Department of Science and Technology - Science Education Institute. Engr. Ana Patricia Navarro is a results-driven Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Continuous Improvement Strategies. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, she is a dedicated faculty member at the College of Information Technology and Engineering (CITE) at La Consolacion University Philippines (LCUP).
Currently serving as Team Lead – Interim for Continuous Improvement & QMS at DSV ISSC, Engr. Navarro specializes in optimizing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. She has a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, leveraging data analysis and performance metrics to drive sustainable improvements in various organizational settings.
As a part-time college instructor at LCUP, she is passionate about equipping students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the industry. She integrates her professional expertise into her teaching, ensuring that students gain practical insights into continuous improvement strategies, risk management, and data-driven decision-making.

Engr. Cristina Bolo is a Computer Engineering graduate and a faculty member at the College of Information Technology and Engineering (CITE) of La Consolacion University Philippines. With a strong background in software engineering, IT operations, and technical support, she has worked as an Information Technology Operations Associate at Accenture Inc., gaining expertise in cloud technology, application support, and process optimization. Her TESDA NC2 Electronics certification, along with her participation in various seminars and training programs on digital broadcasting, virtual reality, software engineering, and quality assurance, further enhances her technical proficiency.
As an educator, Engr. Bolo is committed to mentoring and equipping students with industry-relevant knowledge and skills. She integrates hands-on learning experiences and modern engineering practices into her teaching, preparing students for the challenges of the tech industry.
Beyond her academic and technical pursuits, Engr. Bolo is also a dedicated swimming instructor at Modern Aquatic Swimming School Incorporated in Malolos, Bulacan. Ms. Gonzales plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and organized office operations within La Consolacion University Philippines. Currently serving as the Office Secretary for the College of Information Technology and Engineering (CITE), she excels in office management, document coordination, and administrative support, demonstrating strong multitasking abilities, professionalism, and a dedication to efficiency in facilitating the department’s daily functions.
