BS BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM
The Business Administration program adopts a comprehensive, integrated approach to studying the interconnectedness of various business functions.
It emphasizes how the strategic coordination of these components can drive organizational success. By the end of the program, students are expected
to gain a deep understanding of the economic, social, technological, and legal environments in which businesses operate. Additionally, they will develop essential business knowledge,
skills, values, and attitudes that empower them to effectively lead organizations and achieve desired outcomes.
The program is an interdisciplinary, problem-focused curriculum that integrates three essential components: foundational business and management education, core business administration courses, and specialized major courses.
Each major is carefully structured to cultivate critical thinking, analytical skills, and expertise in information and communication technology, while also enhancing human relations, communication, quantitative, and computer skills.
These competencies are vital for graduates to excel as effective leaders in business organizations. Additionally, the program tackles contemporary organizational challenges, such as global competition, continuous quality improvement,
corporate governance, and the dynamic relationship between organizations and environmental forces—key drivers of the global economy.
A standout feature of the program is its integration of practical project components into the majority of upper-level courses, offering students the opportunity to apply problem-solving theories and concepts learned in the classroom to real-world scenarios.
Moreover, the program emphasizes the integration of Marian Augustinian core values, promoting ethical leadership, social responsibility, and a commitment to community engagement. Additionally, extensive opportunities are provided for students to interact with
