Paul Benedick M. Mora, DBA

Dean of the College of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy at La Consolacion University Philippines. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration major in Finance, an MBA from La Consolacion College Manila, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from La Consolacion University Philippines. Before entering academia, he worked as a banker at Equicom Savings Bank, where he served as a Loan Processor in the Loans Department for two years and as a Treasury Processor in the Treasury Department for another two years.

As an academic leader, he has contributed to business research, including his published paper, "The Relationship between Faculty Perception of Business Management Textbooks and Experience Gap Component: Mixed Method Approach," in COSMOS, an international journal of management. He has also presented research on consumer media preference and business continuity and has been recognized as a speaker on topics such as AMLA and ARTA. He is an active member of professional organizations, including the International Society of Teachers, Administrators, and Researchers, Inc., the Philippine Council of Deans and Educators in Business (PCDEB), and Smartmasters Review Associations Inc. His leadership philosophy is rooted in humility, believing that education is a continuous process where both educators and students learn from one another.

Prof. Evangeline P. Dayao, MBA, SMRIBA

Program Head, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration

A distinguished educator with a proven track record in business administration. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of Santo Tomas, Manila.

An accomplished professor with a Master of Business Administration degree, conferred with the Latin Honor - Magna Cum Laude from the La Consolacion University Philippines and currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration in this same institution.

She has been instrumental in shaping the curriculum and guiding students as the Program Head of the BS Business Administration program since 2018. Her dedication to academic excellence is further evidenced by his consistent recognition as an Outstanding Full-Time College Faculty in 2016 and 2017.

Beyond the classroom, Prof. Dayao is a dynamic leader, serving as the Moderator of the JPMAP-LCUP Chapter for more than 8 years and now appointed as the new club moderator of Junior Financial Executives (JFINEX). She is also actively involved in community development as the CBEA Community Extension Coordinator. Her commitment to research is demonstrated through her presentations at prestigious international conferences such as the 2017 ASAIHL Conference in Makassar, Indonesia, and the 2018 Asia Pacific Association Educators Training Institute at the University of the Philippines.

Prof. Amando “BOBBY” F. Isip, CPA, MBA

Program Head, Bachelor of Science in Accountancy

CPALE Review Coordinator and Program Head for the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Sir Bobby is a seasoned banking professional and business educator. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from La Consolacion University Philippines and brings with him extensive industry experience in the banking sector.

He previously served as Assistant Vice President for the Branch Banking Group at Equicom Savings Bank in 2015, and as Branch Manager at BDO in 2009—demonstrating his leadership and operational expertise in financial services.

In addition to his professional background, Sir Bobby has also contributed to business education as a part-time faculty member and lecturer at Far Eastern University, Manila, and the Alternative Education Department of LCUP. His strong integration of practical experience and academic engagement makes him a valuable mentor and leader within the College of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy.

DR. CECILIA D. DE GUZMAN, LPT

Is another seasoned professor and administrator with a Doctor of Business Administration degree from the La Consolacion University Philippines. She is a dedicated full-time professor in (CBEA) and Alternative Education Department at LCUP. Her commitment to higher education extends to his role as a part-time professor in LCUP Graduate Studies.

Dr. De Guzman is also a distinguished leader, serving as the Director of the LCUP Alumni Association. His academic expertise coupled with his leadership experience makes him a valuable asset to the university community.

PROF. SHIRLEY F. VELASCO, MBA

A dynamic professor with a diverse academic background. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of the East, Manila, which she completed in 1996. Expanding her expertise, she pursued a law degree at Bulacan State University, Malolos, Bulacan, graduating in 2008. Her commitment to lifelong learning led her to obtain a Master of Business Administration from the same university in 2018.

A testament to her professional competence, Ma’am Shirley is a Certified Internal Control Auditor by the Institute of Internal Control (IIC) and holds a Career Service Professional eligibility.

A seasoned educator and accomplished professional. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree conferred by San Beda University in 2005. Her teaching experience includes a four-year stint as a part-time instructor at the College of Business Administration, Bulacan State University.

She served as the External Vice President of San Beda University's Student Council and President of the Business Management Association at the College of the Holy Spirit. This strong background in student leadership equips her with a deep understanding of student needs and aspirations.
