- Verification of Academic Records
- Curriculum Check and Advising Support
1. For third party representative/s: Kindly bring the authorization letter of the student and valid ID of both representative and student requesting the document.

OPERATING HOURS:
- • Mon to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- • Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
- • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN
- • Transactions begin at 8:00 AM
- • Daily cut-off times: 11:30 AM (morning) and 3:30 PM (afternoon)
