LCUP Honors Innovators Of The Quarter

University President, Sr. Niceta M. Vargas, OSA, PhD, together with the Vice President of Research and Innovation, Dr. Mark Santos recognized the university’s Innovators of the Quarter during an intimate ceremony held on November 6, 2024.
Sr. Nicet and Dr. Santos announced the winners of the Innovators of the Quarter awards. Dr. Ma Cristina Zulueta was recognized in the Impacting Beyond category, while Dr. Jay Mark Santos was honored in the Going Beyond category. Mr. Patrick Teodoro, Ms. Le-Mairre Manalaysay-Tapang, Dr. Paul Mora, and Mr. Armando Isip were awarded in the Going Above category.
After the awarding ceremony, the Innovators together with Sr. Nicet and Dr Santos, sat down and talked about their innovations and its contribution to their fields. Each of them were commended by the University President for their courage to do extra mile and showcased their innovative ideas in the institution.
Winners received rewards and certificate of recognition. They are now eligible to win the Innovators of the Year in their respective categories. The search for the next Innovators of the Quarter, for the November to January period, will begin soon.
